Mr. North has been a trial attorney in civil disputes in many counties in the State of Tennessee and surrounding states as well as California, Texas, and Florida. He has over 35 years of courtroom experience in a large variety of civil cases and has tried over 100 civil jury cases in State and Federal courts. He has represented many clients injured in accidents, injured by defective products, damaged by race discrimination and FELA cases. He also represents physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. Mr. North is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot and frequently uses general aviation aircraft for firm and client business transportation. Mr. North is also on the approved panel of neutral arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
